Practical organization

Students will be personally notified of the decision on their application: if it is positive, they must consider themselves committed to attending the course, except in the case of force majeure, in which case they must inform the course coordinator as soon as possible.

Participants in the course agree to participate fully in the course. No request for partial participation will be accepted. (Except in case of absence related to an important obligation: competition, oral exam, professional interview, etc.)

Students agree to arrive and leave on the dates and times indicated for the start and end of the course. Punctuality and attendance are part of the course evaluation criteria.

During the course, students are housed, if they wish, at the Observatory (individual rooms) and have the option to have their meals there. Bed sheets and towels are provided.

Pets are not allowed in the rooms and in the Observatory premises.
