The Association of Friends of the Arago Laboratory organizes a series of monthly scientific and socio-cultural conferences. These conferences cover not only research topics developed at the Observatory, but also scientific themes more generally related to marine biology, marine ecology or oceanography.
Each year, some of the interventions are devoted to basic or applied research not related to the marine environment, but linked to the subject of scientific news. These conferences are free and open mainly to members of the association.
