The Oceanological Observatory of Banyuls-sur-Mer has a long tradition of hosting scientists. Many visiting scientists come to Banyuls to take advantage of its research infrastructures as part of their research project.

Reservation modalities

1. Check availability with the reception service,

3. Upon receipt, the application is studied and a signed authorization from the director is issued to you once it has been approved,
4. After acceptance of the stay, fill in the questionnaire.

Further information

Those wishing to make a scientific stay at the Observatory without scientific collaboration will be able to reserve their workspace:

• 2 guest rooms,
• 1 guest laboratorie, equipped with benches, running seawater, refrigerator, microscopes.

Methods of payment

Payments must be made:

• on site by credit card or cash,
• on invoice (order form to be provided before your arrival).

Single night stays must be paid on site.
